What We Need From You
These five items are enough for us to size the equipment and come back with a layout and a price.

| Product type | Shape, size and packaging decide the freezing principle and the freezing time. |
| Throughput | kg/h or t/day sets the capacity of the freezer, unit cooler and compressor. |
| Room temperature | Chilled (+0 to +4 °C), frozen (−18 °C) or deep-freeze (−25 to −40 °C) changes every component. |
| Room size | Length × width × height determines panel area, air distribution and cooler throw. |
| In/out method | Racking, pallet, trolley or conveyor — it decides the door type and layout. |
